At a time that suits you, you'll talk with June, our story guide, on our Story Session page — from your living room, your porch, wherever you're comfortable. She asks thoughtful questions prepared just for you, one at a time. There's nothing to memorize and no wrong answers.
Share your photographs
We'll send simple instructions for sharing photographs from your phone or computer. Your originals always stay yours.
Review, together
A real person reviews your interview, your draft film, and every restored photograph. You'll watch your film and approve it before it's final — nothing ships without human approval, including yours.
Your finished keepsake
We deliver your collection as a downloadable HD digital video with a private online viewing link, easy to share with family. The Family Legacy Collection also includes a USB keepsake drive.

Photo restoration
Your photographs, restored your way
Old photographs carry the scratches and fading of a life fully lived. The Family Legacy Collection includes full restoration of up to 75 photographs, and the Signature Life Story includes light correction. Which kind of restoration is always your choice:
Faithful Restoration
Careful, hands-on cleanup — scratches, fading, and damage repaired without rebuilding the photograph. No AI reconstruction touches the image: your photo stays your photo, just cared for.
AI-Enhanced Restoration
For photographs with heavier damage, AI-assisted repair can rebuild detail that hands alone can't. Every AI-enhanced photograph is labeled with how much of it was AI-generated, so your family always knows exactly what they're looking at.
You choose when you order, and a member of our team confirms your choice with you before any restoration work begins. Severely damaged photographs are assessed case by case — we'll always tell you honestly what we can achieve.

How do the interviews work?
You'll talk with June, our story guide, on our Story Session page at a time you choose — from your home, wherever you're most comfortable. She guides the conversation with thoughtful questions prepared just for you. There's nothing to memorize and no wrong answers; most people tell us it felt like a great conversation, not an interview. A real person on our team reviews every interview before editing begins.
Do I need technical experience?
No. If you can open a web page, you have everything you need. Before your session, we'll walk you through setup patiently, step by step, and June will explain everything again when you begin.
How do I submit my photographs?
After booking, you'll receive simple instructions for uploading photographs from your phone or computer. Your story guide will confirm exactly what's needed for your collection, and your originals always stay yours.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the collection: roughly 2–3 weeks for a Legacy Interview, 4–6 weeks for a Signature Life Story, and 8–10 weeks for a Family Legacy Collection — measured from your final interview session. These are honest estimates; we'll confirm your timeline when we schedule and keep you updated throughout.
Can family members participate?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. The Family Legacy Collection is built for up to four family members across multiple sessions, and even the smaller collections can include brief appearances or dedications from loved ones. Just let us know who you'd like to involve.
Who owns the finished materials?
You do. Once your collection is complete and paid in full, you own the finished video and all materials you provided. We keep a secure backup copy so we can help if you ever lose yours, but your story belongs to you — always.
What name will appear on my card statement?
Payments are processed securely through Square — your statement will show our operations name, Sentinel Safety. The package, price, and service are always Legacy & Living; Sentinel Safety is simply the name on our payment account, so please don't be surprised when you see it.
How is my personal information protected?
Your interviews, photographs, and personal details are stored securely and are never shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond producing your collection — without your explicit permission.
